To that end, Millwork Development Manager Don Owens has designed a unique internal program for both new employees, and those who have transferred onto the sales team. In Espy Lumber Millwork School, employees in a small class setting, learn basic millwork, trim, and window terminology; read and understand architectural plans and take-offs; and familiarize themselves with product styles, finishes, and specifications. He brings almost forty-five years of industry experience, is a subject matter expert, and trains our employees to be better and more knowledgeable than our competitors.
